When it comes to working towards  losing that belly fat and getting abs, the one  mistake I know people are making, is that they spend a lot of time in the gym working their abs directly, working their abs with all these crazy ab machines and beating their stomach muscles up and that’s not how you get a flat stomach.

You all should know what I’m talking about. Your working so hard trying to get a flat stomach that you’re spending too much time in the gym or on your living room floor doing hundreds of crunches, sit-ups and wasting money on them silly ab machines. Instead of focusing on a full body routine that will help you burn calories and build your metabolism up. You suppose to work towards burning the fat off. After all, that’s what everyone is exercises there ab muscles for. That don’t mean if you do a hundred of sit-ups a day you will one day see your abs not knowing you making it hard to get your six pack by doing stomach exercises with the fat still on sitting on your abs. This is why I like Mike Geary Six Pack Abs book, he mainly studied on burning the fat off with his full body fat burning calorie routine and nutrition plan. This is where I got all my understanding of a healthy diet and my workout routines from.

It’s a million ways on how to reduce belly fat. That’s where everyone is getting confuse at, it’s Fat! You suppose to burn the fat off first before you can start working on your stomach muscles. You should not be doing a lot of sit-ups and crunches with the fat still around your stomach it’s not burning fat it’s making the fat harden up. Only way to get the fat off is, you’ll have to change the way you eat and do full body cardio routines. You will have to stay away from foods like, sugars, fried food and the mos t important fast food. So you will have to substitute those foods with fruits, whole grains in your diet and make sure you eat breakfast every morning and eat small portions of healthy foods through out the day.

Cardio Routine Tips

Cardio routines you can do is running to the next 5 house next to your house stop and do some 20 jumping jacks or squats than start running again. Keep doing that til you finish. That will burn mass of calories. That is the aim right! You can go to the gym and get on a cardio machine stay on that one for such amount of time than go to the next one. These are the power calorie burners. The object is for to stay moving and also it will build your metabolism up more if your is low. Do this for 20 to 30 minutes 3 to 4 times a week and you will start seeing the stubborn fat come off.
